Reservations: A deposit of 30% of the total tour/safari cost is required at the time of booking and the balance is at least 21 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation: Any monies paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by flight companies, hotels, or food expenses and administration fees below; –
Groups – Cancellations:
45 – 31 days full refund less 5% for cash payment and fewer bank charges if payment is done by credit card or bank transfers (TT)
30 – 21 days prior to the departure date: Fifty (50) % charge of the contracted value (tour price).
20 days or less prior to the departure date: Hundred (100) % charge of the tour price.
Individuals (FIT) – Cancellations:
21 – 14 days full refund less 5% for cash payment and fewer bank charges if payment is done by credit card or bank transfers (TT)
14 – 8 days prior to the departure date: Fifty (50) % of the contracted value (tour price).
7 days or less prior to the departure date: Hundred (100) % of the tour price.
Cancellation by the client. Any cancellation by a client must be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company. The date on which the letter/email is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation charge applicable
APPLICABLE LAWS.
In all matters, this agreement shall be governed by all applicable laws in Tanzania mainland & Zanzibar.
